Find Office furniture solutions for Restaurants

The last family owned steak house restaurant in Chicago who caters to the convention and tourist market was in desperate need for new office furniture for their newly acquired office space above the restaurant. The new furniture had to be delivered and installed before the new convention season began in two weeks. Their new space was very small but had a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. They needed three work stations for the restaurant’s General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Events Coordinator. Each station required various types of storage requirements from credenzas to wall hung cabinets.
The General Manager saw an advertisement from NBSI – The Office Planning Group. Mark Nystrom was called for a site visit and subsequent proposal. Mark worked with COE – Office Source Customer Service Department to meet the budget and quick delivery time frame, including all products required for the project. COE – Office Source Customer Service assured him that the product was in stock and would ship, complete, within 48 hours. Mark’s local installation team received and inspected the product, and quickly completed the installation. From Mark’s initial contact with the customer to installation completion was five days, well within the customer’s objective of completion, before the new convention season.
